These terms apply when you enrol in a course at Maa Dhamini Training Center Private Limited, register for a foreign employment interview held at our centre, or use this website. Please read section 4 carefully — it explains the limits of what we do.

1. Who we are

Maa Dhamini Training Center Private Limited is a vocational training centre registered in Nepal and located at Ward No. 4, Golbazar, Golbazar Municipality, Siraha, Madhesh Pradesh. We provide skills training in construction trades and host recruitment interviews conducted by licensed manpower agencies.

2. Courses and enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed once your registration is accepted and the agreed fee or first instalment is paid.
• Batch timings, course duration and trainer allocation may change. We will tell you in advance where we can.
• A course may be postponed or cancelled if too few trainees enrol. Where we cancel, you may transfer to another batch or receive a refund of fees paid for the cancelled course.
• You must provide accurate personal details and genuine documents at enrolment.

3. Fees, certification and attendance

• Fees are as quoted at enrolment. Instalment arrangements, where offered, are agreed in writing.
• A centre training certificate is issued on completion of the course, subject to the attendance and assessment requirements explained to you at enrolment. We are not a national certifying body and do not issue government skill certificates.
• Fees already paid for training delivered are not refundable if you leave a course part-way through.

4. Foreign employment interviews — what we do and do not do

Registering for an interview at our centre means we will pass your details to the agency conducting it, and notify you of the date. It does not mean you have been selected, and it does not create any commitment on our part or theirs to employ you.

All foreign employment from Nepal is governed by the Foreign Employment Act and the rules of the Department of Foreign Employment. Any agreement about a job abroad is between you, the licensed agency and the employer.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and genuine documents. False documents can end an application and may be a criminal offence.
• Tell us promptly if your phone number or address changes, so you do not miss interview notifications.
• Bring passport, photographs and certificates as instructed on interview days.
• Pay agreed fees on schedule.

6. Conduct and safety at the centre

Practical training involves tools, machinery, heights and electrical work. You must follow trainer instructions and safety directions at all times, and use the protective equipment provided. We may remove a trainee from a practical session, or from the course, for unsafe conduct, for behaviour that disrupts others, or for attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Fees are not refunded where a trainee is removed for such conduct.

7. Notifications

By registering you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS and WhatsApp about your course, fees and interview dates. You can stop these messages at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. This website

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but course details, interview dates and destinations change frequently. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment or a guarantee that a particular interview will take place. Confirm details with us before making travel or financial plans.

The content, logo and images on this site belong to Maa Dhamini Training Center Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the training you enrolled in, to the standard required for certification. We are not responsible for decisions made by manpower agencies or foreign employers, for visa outcomes, for the terms or conditions of any job abroad, or for losses arising from those. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. The terms in force when you enrol apply to that enrolment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Siraha district, Madhesh Pradesh.
